LibDems want MORE EXPENSIVE petrol
So, there is just one short, nail-biting week until the Eastleigh byelection, and LibDem MP Stephen Williams has popped up to wreak havoc.
On the World at One today, with shocking indifference, the lawmaker insisted that fuel-bills must rise. "Freezing fuel duty for the rest of this Parliament would be absolutely bonkers", he said.
Wow.
Absolutely bonkers? Really?
There are 62,634 car-owners in Eastleigh. Two thirds of their fuel-bills are because of tax. Will the LibDems apologise for this outburst?
